Adding Supporting Information entries to your Portfolio

There are several options for adding Supporting Information entries to your FourteenFish portfolio. You don't have to choose just one, and regardless of which option you use the entries will all be added to your account.

 

Using the website

  • Sign in to your account
  • Click on Portfolio from the top toolbar
  • select to create a new entry in the Supporting information section of your Appraisal

  • Just click on the New entry link in the Relevant supporting information section from the Appraisal page.

Submit entries via email

We hope you find this handy, as you can just forward an email that you've received along with any attachments and it will get added to your Supporting Information without you needing to log into the FourteenFish website and copy everything in.

Once you've set up your account, try sending an email to learning@fourteenfish.com with your desired entry title in the subject and the details in the body of the email.

After a minute or so, whatever you have sent (including any attachments) will appear in your Supporting information. You will need to refresh the page/tab or click on Supporting information to see the new entry.  For more details please visit our Help page  - Adding learning via email

Updating existing entries with attachments via email:

At the bottom of existing Supporting information entries there is a unique email address that you can use to attach files to that entry - copy and past it as the 'to' in a new email and attach the files that you want attached to that Supporting information entry. Send it and refresh your page as above and your file will appear. 

Note: For this to work, you need to send the email from the address that you registered with. It is possible to send in learning from additional email addresses, to find out how to do this please click on the following link - send in learning from additional email accounts.

Use our free Smartphone and Tablet app

If you have an iPhone / Android phone or an iPad / tablet, you can use this to manage yourSupporting information too. The free app will sync with your account, so anything you add on the app will get added to your account on the website and visa versa when connected to wifi. You cannot currently add attachments in the app ( but we are working on it!).
