Filters - I can't see entries in my Learning Diary

Commonly this is either because one of the filters is set on the Learning Diary page, or, it may be because you have more than one account with the system.

To reset filters

  • Go into your Learning Diary from your Dashboard
  • You will then see various filters in the grey search and filter toolbar

  • Here you will be able select the parameters you wish to view

More than one account

Sometimes it is possible that a user has set up two or more accounts under different email addresses, you will not be able to view all the information unless you have signed into the account it was saved to.  It is possible however for us to merge your accounts if your would like us to.  This way you will be able to view any information linked to either account.  For us to do this you will need to email us at from both email addresses with the instruction.
