Upwell Health Centre is looking for a new GP (salaried or partner) to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.
We are a rural dispensing practice of 10,500 patients operating from a purpose built and recently extended surgery in the village of Upwell which is close to Wisbech, Downham Market and Ely, and convenient for Peterborough and Kings Lynn. We are also fortunate to be an active part of the proactive Fens & Brecks Primary Care Network.
You will be part of a team of 6 GPs with full clinical support from an ANP, a Physicians Associate, Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, Nurse Manager and her team, a Specialist LTC Nurse as well as an experienced administration and management team. We are a GP training practice that puts patient care first and endeavors for continuous improvement.
We have significantly above average earnings and own the surgery building. It is important that the incoming GP has a positive, approachable, and proactive mindset. Please note, any GP wishing to be a Partner would need to work as a salaried GP for an agreed amount of time before joining the Partnership.
