The Rockwell & Wrose Practice

Salaried GP   (4 – 6 sessions considered) with Partnership Potential (Bradford North)
Start date – Autumn 2022

Outward looking, friendly practice with an excellent reputation for quality care, accessibility and high performance achievement seeks an enthusiastic GP to replace a GP Partner (retired May 20).  We care about quality over quantity , and nurture our team which means staff turnover is low.    We have a willingness to support applicants who are interested in special interest training or becoming a GP Trainer.  

Since Covid Pandemic we have seen seismic shift in practice operations with home working and digital solutions optimised . Patients are well managed by “right person, right place and right time”, such that we have never ceased face to face consultations.

Practice Statistics

•    3 partners/three salaried GPs covering 10000 over two sites
•    Training Practice  ( 2 Trainers)
•    CQC rated GOOD ( Oct 2019)
•    Weekly Team meeting and clinical education programme
•    Weekly Zoom MDT for complex pts with integrated care team
•    High performing in all aspects ( QOF, QP, DES, Prescribing, etc)
•    In house Enhanced Services ; Dermatology, CASH, Flu and Covid , Minor Surgery, joints etc
•    No extended hours 
•    Physio First ( twice weekly clinic)
•    Daily Triage and Amber Clinic
•    Pharmacy First (daily remote pharmacist for routine medicine management)
•    Twice weekly Wellbeing worker ( social prescriber)
•    Frailty Outreach Worker for Happy healthy and at Home
•    Member of Five Lane Primary Care Network and Community partnership
•    Member of Trust Primary Care Limited (Federation of 19 practices) .
•    Shareholder in Bradford Care Alliance ( Bradford Wide Federation)
•    District Nurse Team on site
