What further information would be helpful?

  • Map of length of walks to surgery was useful. Could map of longer walks be provided please to support exercise programmes?
  • The staff and doctors are excellent and good to us.
  • None at all, very satisfied with the service.
  • Always helpful and dedicated - I would recommend to anyone!
  • More information for families and children rather than the current elderly, dementia, carer, 65+ and staff information.
  • I feel we are kept well informed.
  • Dr Kay is really lovely and covers everything thoroughly and in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Making an appointment to see your chosen doctor is easy as long as there is no time pressure.
  • More comfortable seating in GP waiting area.
  • The receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with registering online even when the system was not working very quickly.
