A full time member of staff at this practice is paid for 8 clinical sessions plus one session in addition for admin/CME/appraisal. Staff working less than 8 clinical sessions receive a proportional share of paid CME time according to number of sessions worked (ie a doctor working 4 clinical sessions will receive ½ session of CME).
