Buttercross Health Centre and Ilchester Surgery have an exciting opportunity for an Nurse Practitioner to join their Nursing Team on a 6 month Fixed Term contract working 20 hours per week.
Salary £37,738.50 - £53,616.04 per annum, pro rata (dependent on experience).
The post holder will be an experienced Nurse who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patient care.
The post will holder will be able to demonstrate the ability to make differential diagnosis using decision making and problem solving skills whilst making professional autonomous decisions for which they are accountable. They will possess the ability to work independently and to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other health care professionals and disciplines, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures. NMC requirements for advanced practice must be met.
