We are now working to a 'new norm' and have seen, like all Practices, patient demand and expectation rise across Primary Care.  We continue to look at innovative and different ways of working.

With the forthcoming retirement of one of our long-standing GP Partners, we have a vacancy for a full-time role.  To maintain the healthy work life balance of our clinical team, this full-time position would be an eight-session post.  We will consider a job share for this role.

We have a strong ethos of delivering patient centred care that is appropriate to their need, working with patients in owning and taking responsibility for their well-being.

The right person will want to look to Heathgate as a long-term role and bring both clinical and non-clinical skills, competencies and a personality that dovetails with those of the existing team.  Our interview process will be both a mix of formality and familiarity so that we are able to meet the real person behind the application CV.
