Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner Vacancy
Permanent post.
Vacancy at a friendly medium sized, small town Practice, with 8500 patients. The practice consists of 6 supportive GP partners.
- 35 hours per week, although additional hours a possibility.
- Supported by a Health Care Assistant/phlebotomist.
- Essential clinical requirements include wound/dressing care, traditional Practice Nurse Duties including cervical cytology. Willingness to cover phlebotomy duties when phlebotomist on leave.
- Desirable skills include diabetes, heart disease, COPD/asthma care, vaccination services including travel vaccination clinic. Minor illness clinics would also be desirable but not essential.
- Pay bands negotiable for the right candidate. 5 weeks annual leave per year pro rata.
