Previous Delegate Feedback
"My member of staff went on the introduction to practice management course last year and as well as finding it very enjoyable and informative it has given her a completely different perspective on some of the complexities of running general practice and has improved her performance. She now has greater job satisfaction in knowing that she is very instrumental in the successful achievement of the areas of work she is involved in. We have now promoted another member of staff to Patient Services Manager which basically means that she takes care of most aspects of the day to day running of the practice. I think that staff at this level are now vital in practices so that practice managers can develop business skills to face these challenging times"
"Excellent delivery. I now feel that I am supported fully in my future role"
