Introduction

Liz Willet from Kraft HR Consulting Ltd will lead this session, and they will be joined byKaren Jeffereis, one of our PM Supporters who will assist the session by making it practical and relevant to life on the ground in a GP Surgery.

Aims

During this session we will be looking at:

  • What is stress
  • Robertson Coopers 6 essentials of workplace wellbeing
  • Tools you can use and resources you can access

Objectives 

Participation in this event will help you to be more confident about these areas of HR in Primary Care

Trainer

Liz Willett: Head of Business Partnership for Kraft HR Consulting.

Liz joined Kraft HR Consulting in October 2016. As an experienced public sector manager and HR professional, Liz works with NHS primary care and private sector clients and leads the client interface for Kraft HR Consulting.

  Karen Jefferies has been a PM Supporter since 2013 and derives a great deal of satisfaction from being able to help and support other PMs where she can. She dosen’t profess to know all the answers but will work with PMs to help them find their own solutions. During her time as a PM, Karen has had the privilege to work alongside some of the most professional, committed and hardworking managers.

We are recording this session and it will be available here for 12 weeks after the event at a cost of £10 for members of Wessex LMCs and £25 for non members

Subsidised Booking Options

Wessex LMCs hold a number of funds for different organisations, specifically for training purposes.  By using these funds, many of our 'members' are able to access training without direct recourse to Practice Funds.  It is important that you select the appropriate funding option in the booking process, so that we can assign your booking to the correct funding stream, and here is some guidance to help you decide.

Please use this option if you are working in a Practice in the Wessex LMC catchment area and do not fit into one of the other options on offer.  This option may, or may not, have a cost attached.

Non Members

Please use this option if you are not working in a Practice in the Wessex LMCs catchment area.
