The morning session will be a CALM course run by Dr Ashish Bhatia from Humble – exploring how to surf stress, manage distress and cultivate calm. Translating the pioneering science (including insights about the neurobiology of consulting) into practice skills you can use and share. Here is a 2 minute video A Humble Introduction to the CALM course

Please note that a month before the session, delegates will be sent a pre-session questionnaire to complete by 9 October.
In the afternoon there will be a session on Blended Learning and AI - the evolution of GP Training with Dom Patterson plus a session with Dr Penrose to share training tips.
