Posterngate Surgery is a growing, dynamic, high performing and innovative training practice. We are a friendly PMS practice in Selby North Yorkshire with easy access from York & Leeds, providing high quality care to over 17,000 patients, the Practice works with SystmOne. We are looking for an Urgent Care Practitioner to join our friendly team.
As an experienced practitioner, this role is very important in providing an efficient integrated urgent care service to our patients. Working independently via telephone, through face to face consultations or home visits, you will be accountable for delivering safe, clinical decision-making and expert care to a high standard. Working within their scope of clinical competence, they will provide care for the patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to discharge or onwards referral.
