Access Health Care has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Practice Nurse to join our friendly practice team. We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to work alongside our practice nurse team. The individual must be confident in all aspects of practice nursing, such as; Childhood Immunisations, travel Vaccines, cervical smears and chronic disease.
We provide primary care services to a population of 35000 from five sites across Plymouth. You would work as part of the existing nursing team based at Ernesettle Medical Centre and work as part of the Mayflower Practice Group. We are a friendly, hardworking, innovative team who enjoy working together. We have an excellent clinical skills mix of Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Advanced Paramedic and a supportive and dynamic management and administration team. We take pride in delivering high quality care whilst maintaining sustainable working conditions for the whole team.
We are looking for 15hrs per week and the working pattern is a Tuesday afternoon and all day on a Friday. It is important to find the right person who shares our ethos and approach of putting patients first so would look forward to discussing and agreeing how we can make your availability meet with our requirements.
