Business Manager – Appletree Medical Practice

They are looking for a person with the skills, experience and personal attributes to lead them in sustaining and improving the delivery of primary healthcare to their patient population. A strategic thinker you will have an excellent track record, not necessarily limited to General Practice or the NHS, in working collaboratively with other stakeholders, internal and external, in the management of change and development of new processes. You will also have a good grounding in the financial management of a SME business with a substantial turnover. You will oversee the efficient and effective running of the Practice supported by a strong management team already in place.
This is a new role for them, and for the right person it is an opportunity to work closely with the Appletree GP partners in its design and development.Overall responsibility for the GP practice business operations and financial management. Leading and managing the GP practice team. Leading and supporting the GP Partners with the strategic business development to help sustain the GP practice. Work closely with other external partners, stakeholders and organisations to support the GP practice services and business.
