Operations Manager
3 days a week (24 hours)
Castle Gardens Surgery is looking to employ an Operations Manager to help in the efficient and effective day to day running of the surgery
Based at the Surgery in Great Torrington, our 5 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GP’s and 4 Practice Nurses and HCA’s deliver excellent primary care services to just under 7,000 patients.
Main activities:
• To ensure the effective and efficient management of Practice operations.
• To provide day-to-day management of Patient Support staff within the Practice.
• To develop and maintain individual and team performance.
• To ensure the profitability and efficiency of the Practice, in line with NHS, Partners and legislative guidelines.
• To ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• To develop a culture of care, compassion and respect for patients, carers and staff.
Candidates must have strong leadership skills and experience of working in a Primary care setting and of SystemOne.
