Salaried GP – Townsend House Surgery

We are looking for a 6 session salaried GP with a view to partnership, who would ideally be accredited as a GPwSI in ENT to join our current GPwSI in providing ENT clinics across East and Mid Devon, and comfortable doing a range of minor surgery. Support for training and accreditation available where needed. Having a patient list and working as part of the duty doctor and improved access rota, you would be paid accordingly but we hope that you would want to become a partner after a 12 month period as a salaried GP, to make sure we are right for each other.

- 12 minute appointments, daily informal get together and clinical brainstorming.
- Weekly meetings with an assigned mentor and bi-weekly clinical and practice meetings with the wider teams are held to ensure continued professional development and support.
- Highly supportive of Portfolio GP development with current GPwSI in ENT, looking to expand this service.
- Actively partake in primary care research, with a long track record of innovation in service delivery.
- In house practice Pharmacist free up GP time.
- Long history of extended scope practice.
- Welcoming of patient and staff feedback to maintain a highly effective, supportive, and friendly Team.
- We support patients being treated locally at home by our award winning Seaton Hospice at Home.
- We work with other local practices to deliver services across the Axe Valley and are members of East Devon Health.
- Only 30 mins travel time from Exeter, would suit doctors based in Exeter, East Devon or West Dorset.
