5600 patient surgery, working with one partner and two other salaried doctors.
£11,000 per session with 5 weeks Annual Leave plus BH (Pro-Rata)
1 week study leave (pro-rata) annually.

Willing to identify and highlight areas for improvement and lead the team to make that change.
Taking the lead of specialist areas
Coaching and mentoring of clinical team members.
