Salaried or possible Partner GP – Castle Partnership

We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our team to work across our three surgeries at Mile End Road, Tuckswood and Gurney, being principally based at Mile End Road.
Who are we:
Our thriving, forward-thinking, dynamic and friendly GMS Partnership comprises eight GP partners, four salaried GPs, two GP registrars, highly-skilled nursing staff and efficient admin team. We operate from three locations and provide high quality care to over 16,500 patients in Norwich. We are also a teaching practice for medical students and physician associates. We host a number of other services from our Gurney Surgery including a PCN pharmacist and PCN physiotherapist service. We have excellent working relationships with neighbouring practices, working collaboratively as part of the Norwich Primary Care Network.

- Wider team including Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and HCAs to support;
- SystmOne, AccuRx and Ardens systems;
- GMS Practice;
- Consistently highly in QOF and Enhanced Services;
- We are conveniently positioned for excellent schools (state and private sector);
- We are a friendly and inclusive team at all levels;
- We are active part of the Norwich PCN;
Who we are looking for:
A GP who is a committed and enthusiastic team player to work 6-8 sessions as a partner or salaried GP with a view to partnership. The Start date May/June 2021, but we are willing to wait for the right applicant.
This post would ideally suit someone who is ambitious and as passionate about Primary Care as we are, delivering care within diverse areas of Norwich. An interest in undergraduate or postgraduate teaching would be welcomed. We are a collaborative Partnership and are supportive of career development both within and outside the Practice.
