Ability to work some weekends and evenings if required
We are looking for a paramedic practitioner who has prior experience of working in a primary care setting. A prescribing qualification is desirable. He/she will undertake ‘on the day’ urgent appointments with supervision, and will do visits if our visiting team is at capacity. Our new recruit will also do some chronic disease management, take part in Covid vaccinations and help with nursing home rounds.
We are a friendly, patient focussed team working from purpose built premises in the Cogges area of Witney, near Oxford, with very supportive reception, admin and clinical teams. We encourage career development and run a mentoring based educational environment.
We have a practice population of 7,500 and are an EMIS Web practice.
