A fantastic opportunity in the NHS, for a management & leadership role at Grove Doctors Surgery in Thetford. The post-holder will be involved in day to day operational management and people leadership at the practice. He or she will be supported in this role by the GP Partners, Area Practice Manager and Managing Partner.
Full training will be provided.
Hours: 37.5 per week/full time.
Salary: £37,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Job responsibilities/accountability include: CQC Compliance, Operational efficient streamlining of pathways, Insurance, Information Governance, Strategic Management, HR, Communications and IT, Training and Development of all staff, Clinical Training Provision, Policies and Procedures, Research, Premises Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Health and Safety, Infection Control and any reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
Skills and qualities: Strive to maintain quality within the practice and recognise the importance of effective communication.
We are a busy general practice surgery with 5 Partners, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, a Care Co-ordinator and a Physician Associate.
We are one of three surgeries within the Breckland Alliance Primary Care Network with a practice patient list of 13,300 and a Primary Care Network total population of nearly 45,000.
