An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, experienced manager and organised individual to take ownership of the efficient day to day running of Castle Partnership as a key member of the management team supporting the Business Manager.
Castle Partnership is a patient centred, well regarded training partnership comprising of three practices in Norwich. With over 16,500 patients and high levels of patient satisfaction, we are friendly and supportive practice. We have a strong emphasis on training and developing staff to reach their full potential. We acknowledge that happy staff leads to happy patients and this position will be integral to this approach.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a positive, solutions focused approach to meet the day to day challenges of General Practice. You will need exceptional organisation skills, a willingness to lead change and develop the team to achieve the highest levels of service. An understanding of primary care would be advantageous but not essential.
You will have a number of direct and indirect reports across the three surgeries of the partnership. You will be fully supported by the Business Manager and Partners. The salary will be in line with experience as well as 6 weeks annual leave and a supportive working environment to enable your own professional development.
