Dispensary Manager (Base Kingsclere)
Watership Down Health is a friendly, forward thinking practice with a strong clinical team who deliver high quality care to patients within a safe and efficient working environment. Our main surgery is in Overton, with a dispensing branch at Kingsclere and further branch at Oakley, serving over 18,200 patients. Our population is expected to rise further with local building programmes due to take place within our boundary area.
We are looking for a flexible and motivated individual to join our supportive and friendly team. The vacancy requires an experienced Dispensary Manager to effectively manage our dispensary, supporting the delivery of an excellent and profitable service to our dispensing patients and the Partnership.
The post holder will work closely with all clinicians and the dispensary staff and will have dedicated management time and support from the practice. The post holder must have experience of working within a dispensary and managing staff. They will be able to show that they can follow Policies and Procedures when completing stock orders, managing staff and serving the patients.
