Broomhill & Lodge Moor Surgery are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking GP to join their practice at an exciting time in their development for 3-5 sessions. They are a friendly and supportive team working in a thriving practice with an increasing list size, providing a high standard of patient-centred care.
Key features of the practice and post include:
- GMS 2 site practice in the S10 area of Sheffield
- List size 9800 patients
- EMIS Web Clinical System
- Training practice with 1 VTS registrar. Involved in undergraduate education (Phase 3b)
- Experienced nursing and admin team
- In house clinical meetings and education programme
- Regular palliative care MDT meetings
- No Out of Hours requirement
- Close working within the West 5 Primary Care Network
- Extensive Allied health professional team including Community Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Key Worker, First Contact Physiotherapists, Health Advisors and Community Pharmacists
They would welcome informal visits to the surgery to meet the partners and management team.
