The Penylan Surgery is seeking to recruit a Practice Manager to lead our Team. We are a well-established, friendly, and supportive GP Practice covering the Penylan and Roath areas of Cardiff. The post would be full time (37.5 hours) over 5 days.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Practice Manager. The successful candidate will have motivational leadership skills to undertake this important management role. They will manage and coordinate all aspects of the Practice’s day-to-day business, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance to ensure that the Practice achieves its long term strategies.
