covering sites @ Llanedeyrn and Llanrumney (Cardiff)
Full /Part time hours (negotiable)
We are looking for a Physician Associate to join our motivated, supportive and ambitious practice team based within the Cardiff East Cluster area. Working across 2 sites, our goal is to continue to develop Llan Healthcare as a centre of teaching excellence.
The role of our Physician Associate offers exciting opportunities for the right candidate to receive mentorship and support to develop their overall skills and in an area of specific interest, that best meets our practice and patient’s needs. You can expect to assess, manage and treat patients of all ages with a variety of acute and chronic disease presentations, undertake face to face, telephone, email and domiciliary appointments, ensuring your role would provide long-term job satisfaction by being involved in the entire scope of GP practice.
Our Practice:
5 clinical partner practice leading an excellent, pro-active and well established multi-disciplinary team
GMS practice with approximately 18,500 patients
Fully computerised and paper light practice (currently Emis Web clinical software)
Full provision of general medical services, delivery of enhanced services including substance misuse, minor ops, full complement of contraception services, recent introduction of menopause clinics and high recruitment within clinical research studies.
No OOH commitments

Attractive rate of pay / Llan Healthcare Band 7
7 weeks pro rata annual/study leave per year
