2-6 Session Salaried GP – Swadlincote Surgery

Excellent salaried GP opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced doctor to join a forward-thinking, innovative and well-organised training medical practice of 14,000 patients based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire.
The existing GP's are supported by an experienced multidisciplinary clinical support team within a friendly working environment and modern, Partner-owned premises. The practice is high achieving with 100% QOF attainment and a Good CQC report. Extended access appointments are outsourced to an alternative provider with no requirement for our clinical team to work evenings and/or weekends.
We are looking to cover 2-6 sessions per week, including Monday and Tuesday/Friday (dependant on the number of sessions). We already support our GPs with working some of their sessions flexibly and/or from home using remote digital consulting methods, to support the needs of our patient population and the work-life balance of our clinicians.
Package on offer: £9,000-£10,000 per session + Indemnity + NHS Pension
