The post is full time – 37.5hrs per week
Salary circa £50,000 per annum
Due to retirement, there is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the second largest general practice in Cardiff.
We are looking for a highly accomplished, motivated, productive, and proactive individual with a demonstrable career in business management, finance, HR, and strategic management to oversee the business of this two-site practice, one of which is purpose built.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice. A high degree of personal organisational skill is required as well as a systematic approach to problem solving and planning. You will be an excellent communicator and have a strong ethos for ongoing development.
Working alongside the stable group of seven partners and supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice.
You will be involved with the very first patient participation group that was set up in Cardiff & Vale in 2004 who went on to win PPG of the year award in 2015 so your interface with patients is a high priority.
The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.
