Salaried GP with a view to Partnership – High Street Surgery

We are looking for a GP to join our three Partners at this busy practice based in Lowestoft. We are a happy and welcoming team who are looking for a great GP to come and join us. Our 12700 patients are cared for by our GP Partners, four Nurse Practitioners, an Emergency Care Practitioner a Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technicians, practice nursing team along with a great reception and admin team. and an experienced Practice Manager who works together with an Assistant Practice Manager.
We are an active member of the Lowestoft Primary Care Network, who are successfully working collaboratively together, at the moment focussing on COVID vaccination clinics. The PCN works with clinical pharmacists, social prescribers and mental health team to support us all in offering care to our patients.
We are ideally looking for a GP to work 6 to 8 sessions a week and in return we offer six weeks annual leave plus one week's study leave on a pro-rata basis. Our GPs rarely undertake visits, due to the support of our Home Visiting team. Our Clinical Pharmacy team support the GPs, dealing with many medication queries and med reviews. We have electronic prescribing and work in collaboration with the POD (Prescription Ordering Direct Service via Norfolk and Waveney CCG) which has really cut down workflow in relation to repeat prescribing.
