Old Station surgery is based in Ilkeston and we are a large practice split across 3 sites with a list size of approximately £15,500 patients. We are a training practice with Good CQC rating.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ANP/ACP or Paramedic who enjoys a challenge and variety of work. You will be caring, patient and be adaptable to individual patient needs. You will be joining existing team of 3 ANPs and will be supported by well-established clinical and administrative teams.
The role involves telephone and online triage, face to face consultations as well as providing home visits. You must be comfortable working independently, with ongoing support from the wider team.
We offer an attractive package;
- 24-30 hours a week; ideally these will be worked on Wednesdays, Thursday and Fridays but we are prepared to be flexible where appropriate. This includes morning and afternoon shifts.
