Hours: up to full time (37.5 hours Monday – Friday)
Pay: £11.00 ph
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and team focused individual, with the ability to lead our newly formed care navigation/reception team based at Chesterfield Drive.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication & supervisory skills, have the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions. Is this you? If so, we would love to hear from you.
The Cardinal Medical Practice is the result of a recent merger between Chesterfield Drive, Deben Road and Norwich Road practices, providing GP services to over 30,000 patients across Ipswich. We are also part of Suffolk Primary Care which is an innovative partnership of 11 like-minded practices across Suffolk covering 130,000 patients.
At Cardinal Medical Practice we operate an acute/same day service from Deben Road and routine/non-urgent care from Norwich Road and Chesterfield Drive. There are also plans to relocate to new purpose built premises on the former ‘Tooks Bakery’ site in 2024.
Previous supervisor experience is essential. Previous experience of working within a GP practice environment and a working knowledge of SystmOne would be a definite advantage.
