We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our established nursing team of experienced Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. This is a part-time post, working 2 days per week with additional hours available for annual-leave cover etc. The successful candidate will join the team in providing a full range of treatment room nursing and chronic disease management reviews.
