Care Navigator/Receptionist
We are currently looking for a Care Navigator/receptionist, to join our team within primary care, where you will be part of a supportive and professional team. As part of the role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and the face of Howard House Surgery. You will need to have excellent communication skills and telephone manner and be able to work well under pressure.
Previous experience working in a busy General Practice is ideal but not essential. Training will be fully provided, however you will need to have excellent computer skills to enable you to make appointments and enter information on clinical computer systems.
Howard House Practice has approximately 8500 patients in Felixstowe. The practice is made up of GP’s, Nurses, HCA’s, Care Navigators, Administrators and prescription team. This is an additional role to support our Care Navigator team.
The vacancy is for 20 hours per week over 3 days week; however, this may be negotiable for the right candidate. Flexibility is crucial to accommodate training, holidays and occasional sickness.
