Long Term Condition Nurse
We have had fantastic response to our recent vacancy but we do still have a vacancy for an experienced Long Term Condition Nurse who can join our LTC team to help manage our patients with Diabetes and Respiratory conditions.
We can offer 2-5 days a week in this role, and this can incorporate other aspects of Practice Nursing or Nurse Practitioner roles.
Salary dependent upon role, experience and qualifications
