DISPENSARY TEAM LEAD
32 HOURS PER WEEK
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic Dispensary Team Lead to join our friendly, supportive and developing practice team.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 Dispensing or equivalent and have 12 months experience of working in a GP Practice Dispensary.
The postholder will ensure the provision of an efficient and accurate dispensing of medication and provide HR and operational management to the dispensary team. In addition the postholder will assist in the effective financial control of the dispensary and ensure the security of medications.
We are a rural Dispensing Practice with over 10,000 patients over two sites in the delightful market town of Framlingham and the village of Earl Soham. We are about to embark on an ambitious practice development project looking to expand our Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professionals team and are passionate about supporting the learning and development of our staff.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player who can demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and is capable of maintaining accuracy and a clam approach under pressure.
