Deputy Practice Manager – Hardwicke House Group Practice
Due to retirement in Spring 2022 we are looking for a Deputy Practice Manager to join our well-established management team. There will a comprehensive handover with the current role-holder.
Responsibilities: Various across HR administration & payroll, CQC audit control, facilities maintenance, H&S point of reference, line management for 3 / 4 staff, preparation of banking/ payment of invoices and support for wider management team to ensure smooth running of the practice day-to-day. Deputise for Practice Manager.
Full or Part Time considered, minimum 30 hours.
Salary: £27,500 - £32,000, depending on experience.
Hardwicke House Group Practice is a friendly and successful practice currently operating out of 5 surgeries, 3 in Sudbury with others in Bures and Clare. We are lead practice in the Sudbury PCN and we work closely with our colleagues at Siam Surgery, also based in Sudbury.
The current team consists of 7 partner GPs and 5 salaried GPs, an ANP, 8 nurses, 2 HCAs and we share 3 PCN Clinical Pharmacists and a Pharmacy Technician to support our patients.
Including our fantastic support teams, we employ over 80 staff.
Patient list 24,000.
