This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated salaried GP to join our patient centred team of clinicians and administrative staff here at Eyam Surgery, located in rural Derbyshire.
- The main site is purpose built in the village of Eyam, in the heart of the Peak District
- Branch site is in Bradwell and is also purpose built
- Currently looking after 3439 patients over a large geographical area
- Part of Derby Derbyshire CCG
- Clinical system EMIS Web
- Supportive management & office staff
- High QoF achievers and rated Good by the CQC
- Positive patient survey results for 2020 – 21, with a proactive Patient Participation Group.
- Training practice for medical students and recently embarked on training ST2 and ST3 doctors.
- Clinical team includes: 1 partner, 4 part time salaried GPs, 1 nurse practitioner, 1 practice nurse, 1 Community Matron, 3 HCAs and 2 Care Coordinators
- Also working at the surgery on a regular basis are district nurse team, a midwife & the citizen’s advice bureau.
The successful candidate will work between three and five sessions per week.
