Salary up to £40,000 - dependent on experience
Hours – Up to 37 hours - Monday to Friday
5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
Practice Manager Vacancy
Our practice manager vacancy has arisen due to the forthcoming retirement of our current manager who has been in post for the last 15 years.
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and proactive individual to manage and lead our practice forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice.
The role is directly supported by a strong administration team.
Our Practice
We are a small, friendly practice in York, who remain committed to providing holistic patient centered care.
We have a list size of approximately 8,000 patients with 5 GP partners and 3 salaried GPs, supported by an experienced nursing team.
We are a GP training practice and teach 1st, 2nd and 5th year medical students from Hull York Medical School.
We are part of the West Outer and North East (WONE) PCN, with additional roles of clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, first contact physio and first contact mental health workers embedded within our team.
We are also a member practice of the NIMBUSCARE federation comprising 11 practices across the Vale of York.
