Vacancy: Business/Practice Manager

Salary : to be negotiated depending on experience 37.5 hours per week

Job Overview

Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, experienced and highly motivated senior manager with a demonstrable track record in finance, business and strategic management to join and lead our friendly administrative team and support the partners and healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a healthcare setting, be confident in all aspects of business management, finance, IT, planning, and HR. We will be looking for someone of high integrity and commitment who is conscientious and has excellent communication skills.

You will be supported by a hard working and loyal administrative team, and will be accountable to the Partners of the practice. You will be engaged with development plans for the practice over the long-term.

We are a well respected training practice, including undergraduate teaching, and play an important role within the Cardiff SE Cluster. Teamwork and staff wellbeing is extremely important to us. We consider ourselves a strong team, highly patient focused and have a low turnover of staff.

We are 2 Partners, 3 Salaried Doctors, GP Registrar, Foundation Year Doctor, an IP Practice Pharmacist, 2 Nurses, 1 HCA and well organised and supportive administration team.
