PCN Network Manager

City Care Alliance has an exciting new role for a PCN Network Manager, based at Merridale Medical Centre. The role is for 20 hours per week with an attractive pay package that is dependent on experience.

We acknowledge that there is a long-term political aim for primary care to work together in this way but, within the PCN, also feel that it is important that Practices can maintain their identities and be respected in decision making and communication. During the first year of our PCN, we have seen great benefits in sharing good practice, achieving projects, recruiting, and sharing staff, and more recently in supporting each other during the coronavirus outbreak and vaccination programme.

The PCN is now looking for an efficient and effective PCN Manager to work closely with the Clinical Director, PCN Board and member practice managers to meet the requirements of the DES, maximise service delivery and financial efficiencies, recruit shared team members, maintain good communication and provide good financial reporting.

City Care Alliance constitutes the following member practices;
