Abbey Medical Practice is looking for a qualified, forward thinking GP to join our friendly team, working between 4-6 sessions per week. We are a Practice with a list size of 7800 patients, located close to Lincoln city centre on Monks Road. The Practice is part of IMP PCN, along with 8 other Practices.
We currently have a team of four GPs and one Advanced Nurse Practitioner, along with a highly skilled Nursing Team, as well as a first contact physio and community pharmacist. We are a training practice for GP trainees and would therefore also welcome and support an interest in teaching or becoming a GP trainer alongside our current trainers although this is not essential.
The Practice is temporarily based at 63 Monks Road, whilst the main premises undergoes a major renovation and extension. The Practice will return to 93-95 Monks Road once the work is complete in November 2022.
The newly renovated premises will open up lots of opportunity for Abbey Medical Practice, with additional clinical space allowing the Practice to grow moving forward.
