JOB SUMMARY
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of general administrative duties within the admin office including managing the flow of correspondence that comes into the Practice, identifying any key clinical data and coding accordingly onto the clinical system. Also reviewing patient records and accurately coding a summary into the clinical system and providing support to the multidisciplinary team.
KEY RESULT AREAS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Workflow documents and coding into the clinical records
Identify in workflow and refer any clinical actions internally as appropriate
Audit the workflow process
Summarising of patient records
Managing Admin emails, electronic and paper post
Manage administration procedures for online consultations
Scanning of letters and relevant correspondence into patient notes
Processing Patient registrations and deductions
Child health immunisation administration
Process requests for information i.e., Subject Access Requests (SAR),
Liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services
Managing patient online access / NHS App requests
Assist with the recall and review of medical conditions and disease monitoring
Handle telephone queries and re-direct as appropriate
Order Uniform
Submit gas and electric readings online
General admin support
