Ling House Medical Centre is a traditionally run GP training practice based in Keighley West Yorkshire, which aims to provide patient centred care. We value our central role in the local community in improving health and outcomes and aim to continue to provide the whole breadth of Primary Care services to our patients at our Ling House and North Street branch site.
The four GP partners are a dynamic and cohesive group, who work collaboratively with their clinical, management and administrative teams to deliver high quality primary care to 19,500 patients. We receive excellent feedback from our patients, play an active role in our Primary Care Network and embrace innovations in primary care. We are a highly rated training practice, educating and supporting doctors training to become GPs as well as providing teaching to medical students. We are proud of the outstanding services we provide to the local community.
Our chosen candidate will be conscientious, visionary, supportive and have excellent communication skills. Able to demonstrate they are a great leader and manager of people with a distinctive "can-do" entrepreneurial business approach and the ability to foster a culture which supports and motivates, they will become an integral part of the leadership team.
The main duties of the Practice Manager will be:
- To ensure that Ling House Medical Centre meets its agreed business aims and objectives
- To provide effective leadership, exceptional financial acumen, business strategy and management skills
- To develop a profitable, efficient, and effective business
- To drive change programmes for the benefit of the whole practice
- To provide a working environment which is motivational, enjoyable and sustains the high morale of all team members
We are offering a generous rewards package c.£40 – 50 K (dependant on previous experience, qualifications, and competencies) .
