Job Summary
Wellington Medical Centre is a busy, vibrant GP Practice and we are seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurses or Practice Nurse Associates to join our friendly, innovative team.
The successful candidates will ideally have the full range of Practice Nurse skills and experience. Experience of chronic disease management would also be an advantage.
What can we offer you?
- Fixed Term 12 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave, but with the potential for a permanent contract longer term.
- Full time (37 hours per week) or part time hours considered
