Opportunity: Winter Pressure GP
100Fold Community Interest Company (CIC) is an established Community Interest Company owned by the Primary Care Network’s that employ 100Fold CIC services in Somerset. Our aim is to provide people and solutions to support local NHS services; re-investing any surplus into services that benefit the people of Somerset. To date we supported the Covid-19 vaccination programme, filled hours of vaccinator shifts across multiple sites; and delivered 1000’s of vaccines to housebound patients. We also have a flexible pool of GP’s, Nurses, HCA’s and other clinicians that work across GP practices, Community Hospitals and other NHS services. We are actively looking for GPs to support us through Winter Pressure’s from November 2022 – March 2023.
How will this work?
• Practices nd our winter pressure GPs will be supported to use an IT system called Lantum, which provides and e-platform where practices can make available their sessions and GPs can book them
• GPs can decide where and when they work, remotely or in practices
• Our administration and HR teams will be there every step of the way – all supported by a Lead GP for clinical advice and support if required
