Braeside Surgery is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly GP semi-rural practice in Farningham, Kent. We are looking for an approachable, proactive and extremely organised individual who can manage the team, and help us shape the future of the practice.
We operate from a small purpose built premises of 3 GPs. Our nursing team consists of 2 nurses and an HCA and an extended community and ARRS team, providing care to 5,700 patients.
We are offering a competitive salary (negotiable dependent on experience) for 34 hours per week to an enthusiastic, organised and hardworking Practice Manager. The successful candidate will be supported by our dedicated administrative and clinical team. The role provides an interesting and challenging variety of operations and human resources management.
