Enthusiastic motivated salaried GP(s) sought to work in a dynamic, successful, high QoF achieving, SystmOne based practice with a population of 4300 patients. Up to 8 sessions per week, competitive salary.
We are a PMS practice within DCHS - currently we have 3 salaried GPs along with 2 ANPs, Practice Nurses with HCAs.
Excellent administration and coordinator teams.
We participate in Research projects in partnership with Nottingham University.
We pride ourselves on being a caring practice, looking after both staff and patients. We offer patients superb access and care, being recently voted the best practice in the Chesterfield area from the National Patient Survey and having a CQC rating of Good.
We are located in North Wingfield, a village in North East Derbyshire close to Chesterfield and the Peak District. We are a collaborative partner in the development of place based services within our Primary Care Network.
