We have an exciting opportunity to add to our established team to provide quality care to our diabetic patient cohort and work alongside our team to manage QoF work.
We are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about diabetes management in primary care.
Our existing multi-disciplinary team works with defined areas of responsibilities and ensures high standards through education, research, collaboration and ongoing development.
St Johns Surgery is a medium size rural practice looking after the friendly community around Terrington St John.
We have regular clinical meetings and welcome new opportunities and developments with the Practice and its team members.
