Salaried GP with option of partnership 4-8 sessions (negotiable)
This is an excellent opportunity for you to take on a Salaried GP post with an option for partnership with a forward thinking Practice. Our list size is nearly 12,000. We are a 6 GP partnership.
You will be working alongside a hardworking driven team, with highly skilled clinical staff including salaried doctors, clinical pharmacists, first contact physio, visiting paramedic, mental health support worker, social prescribing team, podiatrist and other ARRS staff supported by an experienced administrative team. We are a hub for the diabetes care and take part in in- house insulin initiation.
We are a part of a well-functioning Maidstone Central PCN and have “GOOD” in all areas of CQC. We are a training practice for GP trainees as well as lead practice for the Kent and Medway Medical School students and host other London medical school students.
The Practice offers excellent support for interest developing – offering conditions for GPs of all levels and experience to excel and enjoy professional reward.

What we will need from you:
Outstanding patient care
Willingness to undertake weekly on-call duties as per rota
Provision of face-to-face/telephone appointments.
Enhanced Access consultations as per PCN requirements
Enthusiasm to provide ideas and suggestions on how to take the practice forward, especially with the current new contract.
