Due to continuing growth and forward planning for GP Partner retirement, we are looking to expand our partnership team. This is a perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial and motivated GP who shares our values of delivering high quality, patient centred care to our diverse population and has a strong desire to help shape the future of the Practice.  We are pleased to offer Tier 2 sponsorship for eligible candidates.

We are a thriving practice within a growing South Norfolk market town, not far from the coast and the city of Norwich, that offers affordable housing, a vibrant community and good amenities. We are a dynamic team, fully integrated with the digital triage model who constantly look for ways to utilise technology to best serve our patients. Our admin support is pivotal to this digital based care delivery and they are trained to the highest level.

We embody the concept of a full, cohesive multidisciplinary team including several GPs, Clinical Pharmacist, two Advanced Paramedic Practitioners, two Nurse Practitioners (one of whom is dedicated to Care Home management), Social Prescriber, Physiotherapist and a full Nursing team including Mental Health Nurses, HCAs etc. We are passionate in our intention to help build the future of General Practice and currently have both Physician Associate and Medical Student placements. We are keen to start GP training and are open to new ideas.

Working as part of an innovative and joined up PCN, we have an integrated working model that allows us to deliver care via several joint initiatives such as Vasectomy, Minor Surgery and Microsuction Service to name a few.  Our PCN is taking a proactive approach to the Integrated Care Board formation and have partners on the Local Medical Committee.

Our modern, purpose-built and spacious building allows us to be able to adapt services for our ever-growing list size. In addition, it is PFI so no buy in is required.

Our latest CQC rating was “Good“ across all categories and we are continuously striving to develop and deliver quality care.

The wellbeing of our colleagues is vital to our operational model. We stress the importance of a healthy work life balance for all colleagues and provide support to our team with this including flexible working and protected time for partnership work. We meet regularly for coffee.!
